This week one of our eagled-eyed team in our North West office spotted this research by Jones Lang LaSalle which found Manchester is among world-leading countries in terms of real-estate investment.

The findings place Manchester 15th in the rankings, above Paris and Beijing, for the worldwide investment it has received compared to total expenditure, which means the city has a strong presence on the international stage.

Rosemary Feenan, director at Jones Lang LaSalle’s research team, said: “Trade alliances and the opportunities for its businesses in both emerging economies and established global economic superpowers like China will be vital to attracting future investment.”

London is the only other UK city to feature within the top 50.
